TO APPLY:
1) Complete Online Application Form.
2) Bring the followings to the competitors registration (Sat, 2/1).
- MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (Doctor's OK) for Kumite competitor, ORIGINAL ONLY & must be dated within six month.
- PROOF OF HEALTH INSURANCE for All competitor.
- Passport or Birth Certificate for 17yr & under competitors.
* Competitors can NOT apply to this tournament without your Branch Chief’s consent. Please ask to your Branch Chief before you submit online application.
* Applications will be accepted by online form only.
* Applications will be confirmed with your branch chief only by EMAIL once you completed the online form. Accepted Competitors must CHECK-IN on Saturday, February 1.
* TOURNAMENT DIVISIONS / CATEGORIES:
- There are SEVEN FULL CONTACT kumite divisions in total: Four IKO Standard Weight Categories for Men and three IKO Standard Weight Categories for Women, aged 18 and above, must be 4kyu or higher rank. Weight categories will be STRICTLY imposed.
- There will be several SEMI-CONTACT kumite divisions for Youths, Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Senior Men and Senior Women. Exact divisions will be determined after all applications are received.
- There are three NO CONTACT KATA (forms) divisions total. One is open to Youth competitors (age: 5-17 years) and the other to Adult competitors (aged 18 years and up), Senior competitors (35 years and up), all divisions open to ranks 10th Kyu and above, (Orange belt & up).

* RULES - All competitors must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the IKO Kyokushinkaikan as well as all mutually understood rules of conduct for professional and courteous competition.
* LIABILITY - The Tournament Committee takes no responsibility for injury of any kind sustained while participating in this event. All competitors are required to assume all risk when participating in this amateur event. Signed Waiver Forms are mandatory.
* FEES - Once accepted as a participant, all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Fees cover Registration, Tournament Competition, Souvenir Program, Arena Lunch, Sayonara Party & IKO Training Seminar, (Seminar is FREE for Kumite competitors, with valid IKO membership card and pre-registration - see IKO Training Clinic Application).

- US$150 Full & Semi-Contact Kumite
- US$100 Kata Only (NOT included I.K.O. Seminar fee)
- US$250 Kumite and Kata
- US$50 I.K.O. Seminar
*Online Registration will be closed on/before Monday, January 20, 2025.
